Do you have experience in Sales pipeline?, * Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

 * Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar
 * Basic coding skills (Python), or strong motivation to learn quickly
 * Comfortable with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
 * Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end
 * Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills
 * Ability to turn business needs into practical AI tools
 * English and Russian proficiency required

## Description

* Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for:
 + Sales pipeline analysis and customer intelligence
 + Internal knowledge management
 + Operational reporting and business insights
 + Executive decision support
 * Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG
 * Build and maintain AI agents that combine semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data
 * Manage infrastructure for AI services, with support from DevOps
 * Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions
 * Help drive AI adoption and AI-first thinking across the organization
