## About the Role

MUST HAVES - Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills, with at least 3 years of experience .

 - Ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as the single engineer allocated to the product.
 - Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
