## About the Role

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend architecture. The candidate will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to build high-quality user experiences and deliver enterprise-grade applications., The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.

Build reusable and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.

Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Develop cross-browser and cross-device compatible applications.

Participate in architecture discussions and frontend solution design.

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in development and production environments.

Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Implement frontend security and accessibility standards.

Continuously improve development processes and coding standards.
