## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
 * Experience working with payroll processes.
 * Hands-on SAP Payroll experience is required.
 * 3-5 years of experience in Payroll, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
 * Experience with business systems analysis, functional design, documentation, and process modeling.
 * Experience supporting system design and implementation.
 * Experience with UAT, regression testing, test planning, test execution, and test documentation.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
 * Experience working with payroll systems, interfaces, and downstream financial systems is highly desirable.
 * Ability to read, interpret, and understand multiple labor agreements.

## Description

Immediate need for a talented Payroll Systems Analyst - SAP Payroll. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Tempe/Phoenix, AZ(Onsite).  * Analyze information from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business and functional documentation.
 * Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts, and test results.
 * Assist with developing and executing testing for payroll systems and related downstream systems.
 * Support system design, implementation, testing, and process improvement activities.
 * Analyze payroll processes and related system interfaces that impact payroll systems and the General Ledger.
 * Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate business and technical information.
 * Assist in identifying and documenting internal controls to support audit requirements.
 * Manage multiple assignments and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
 * Work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
