## About the Role

Reports To: Director PMO MUST-HAVES
10+ years of strong IT Project/Program Management experience.
Strong Apparel/Retail industry experience - Wholesale, Order-to-Cash, Retail, and Omnichannel.
Proven experience managing complex enterprise/global projects across multiple brands, platforms, and regions.
Strong M&A / technology integration experience - Day 1 readiness, TSA transitions/exits, vendor transitions, data conversion, cutover, onboarding, and stabilization.
Experience with Digital Commerce / Retail technology ecosystems, including:
D365 / Microsoft Dynamics
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
MuleSoft
OMS / PIM / DAM
POS / WMS / ERP
APIs, middleware & SaaS platforms
Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, system integrators and third parties.
Strong RAID, dependencies, critical path, integrated schedules, risk/escalation and executive reporting experience.
Experience managing project budgets, financials and run-rates.
Strong Steering Committee / executive-level communication experience.
Experience with SOX, SDLC and PCI governance.
Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio or similar.
Must be hands-on with technology/project delivery and integration.
Must be willing to work onsite in NYC 5 days/week.
Must be willing to travel. ROLE SUMMARY

## Description

Senior IT Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent enterprise projects and programs, initially focusing on Marc Jacobs technology integration and then owning the brand's technology portfolio.
The role will manage end-to-end delivery across IT, business, vendors and third parties, including planning, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, executive reporting, change management, cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
The PM will also lead M&A integrations, Steering Committees and portfolio roadmaps, while ensuring projects align with business strategy and IT governance. NICE TO HAVE
Shopify experience.
PMP or similar certification.
Experience with AI-enabled PM/productivity tools.
Experience with Apparel, Finance and Supply Chain/Logistics systems.
Experience supporting Centers of Excellence.
