## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and Configuration.
 * Strong experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, and SOQL.
 * Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
 * Experience working with Salesforce Metadata API, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and version control systems.
 * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tools.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with strong collaboration skills.
 * Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts.
 * Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud implementations.
 * Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, application performance optimization, and best development practices.
 * Experience developing and executing unit tests using Salesforce testing frameworks.
 * Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot.
 * Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, and SOQL.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
 * Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
 * Configure and customize Salesforce applications while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
 * Implement Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
 * Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve application performance issues while ensuring compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
 * Develop, execute, and maintain unit tests to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
 * Participate in code reviews, release planning, version control, and CI/CD deployment processes using Git, SFDX, and DevOps tools.
