We are seeking a Senior Workday Configurator with strong Workday Payroll and Security experience to support configuration, enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Security, Payroll configuration, business processes, and role-based access controls.
Workday Certification is mandatory, and strong Workday Payroll experience is required. Key Responsibilities

 * Configure and maintain Workday Security and Payroll modules.
 * Design, configure, and manage role-based security groups and domain policies.
 * Configure business processes, approvals, workflows, and routing rules.
 * Support Workday Payroll configuration, including:
 * Earnings
 * Deductions
 * Taxes
 * Payroll compliance requirements
 * Conduct security audits, access reviews, and security-related assessments.
 * Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
 * Support Workday releases, enhancements, updates, and patch implementations.
 * Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
 * Troubleshoot issues, perform defect analysis, and support resolution.
 * Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, IT, and other business stakeholders.
 * Develop and maintain configuration documentation, process guides, and knowledge artifacts.
 * Provide ongoing production support and identify opportunities for process and configuration improvements.
