## About the Role

We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins., * Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering + 5+ years of relevant experience

 * Strong background in electronic hardware testing and ATE systems
 * Programming experience (C#, Python, MATLAB, or similar)
 * Familiarity with FPGA tools (Verilog, Xilinx, Quartus)
 * Hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills
 * Infrared, wafer probing, or ROIC experience is a plus
 * Must be US Person or PERM Resident

## Description

In this role, you'll develop and support electronic and software-based test solutions, partner closely with product development, and drive performance through data and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on complex systems, solve real-world challenges, and directly impact product quality and innovation.

What You'll Do:

 * Design, build, and configure automated test equipment (ATE)
 * Debug and validate test hardware and software
 * Analyze data, apply SPC methods, and drive yield improvements
 * Develop test plans, procedures, and timelines
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to support new product development
 * Contribute to circuit design reviews and next-generation test capabilities
