## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure support.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco IOS/IOS-XE.
 * Experience with Cisco SDA / DNA Center and enterprise network environments.
 * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, and routing protocols.
 * Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
 * Experience supporting network changes, upgrades, and implementations.
 * Understanding of network security, availability, performance, and SLA requirements.
 * Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
 * CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.

## Description

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension or conversion to Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) environments.

 * Manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the site network infrastructure.
 * Perform incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
 * Support network changes, upgrades, and implementation activities in accordance with operational requirements.
 * Ensure network availability, performance, and security while adhering to customer standards and SLAs.
 * Collaborate with customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to support business-critical manufacturing operations.
 * Maintain technical documentation and provide operational reporting as required.
