## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
 * 5+ years of software development experience, including experience developing web or eCommerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
 * Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch or Dynatrace, or data integration tools such as NiFi preferred.
 * Strong problem-solving, technical leadership and collaboration skills.

Position Responsibilities

 * Design, develop and modernize large-scale web applications, influencing architecture and technical direction for Uline.com.
 * Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions and code reviews for complex initiatives from planning through delivery.
 * Partner with teams across Uline to improve application performance and deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience.
 * Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and helping resolve engineering challenges.
 * Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI and vector search, as part of ongoing modernization.
