## Description

We are seeking a BI/Reporting Analyst-Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence development, SQL, Tableau, and ETL orchestration with Alteryx and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions, automate data pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics products. Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, and implement database and reporting solutions using SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx.
 * Gather and document requirements with business and technology partners and translate them into technical deliverables.
 * Build and enhance dashboards and reports to track performance and operational metrics.
 * Create and maintain procedures, data dictionaries, and runbooks for analytics solutions.
 * Analyze complex datasets, validate results, and present findings to stakeholders.
 * Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices for data quality and delivery.
 * Support a hybrid work schedule with adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
