## Description

We are seeking an IT Field Technician to provide on-site, client-facing technical support. This role will focus on the installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues., * Provide on-site client-facing support, including installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.

 * Perform quality checks to verify the operational status of system equipment prior to deployment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.
 * Configure new PCs and notebooks using SCCM imaging.
 * Manage and update service tickets throughout the support process.
 * Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
 * Provide support for Windows-based systems, software, and end-user devices.
