## About the Role

* Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with React, Node.js, or similar frameworks
 * 6+ years of experience building and shipping large-scale production software within an agile team
 * Proven engineering judgment in designing scalable, reliable, high-performance systems and developer-facing abstractions
 * Experience creating clean API contracts and maintaining service boundaries for long-term usability
 * Background in building distributed, concurrent, or low-latency systems such as collaborative tools or messaging protocols
 * Interest in and experience with AI-enabled features in production systems
 * Familiarity with performance optimization techniques, including profiling and latency reduction
