## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat bringt mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Computer Vision und Deep Learning mit, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsumfeld. Ein fundiertes Wissen in Python und einem der gängigen Deep Learning Frameworks, wie z.B. PyTorch, ist erforderlich. Praktische Erfahrung in der Objekterkennung, Segmentierung und/oder OCR, einschließlich Training, Evaluierung und Bereitstellung eigener Modelle, wird vorausgesetzt. Vertrautheit mit modernen Architekturen wie DETR, YOLO-Varianten und LayoutLM ist von Vorteil. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dokumenten, insbesondere technischen Zeichnungen oder Ingenieurdokumenten, ist wünschenswert. Eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von MLOps-Themen sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Darüber hinaus sollten die Bewerber über fließende Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse verfügen.
