 * Ability to travel to support remote sites within the local area.
 * Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

## Description

As an on-site IT Support Specialist, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring the functionality of various devices and systems for the organization. Your responsibilities will center on providing hardware and software technical support in a healthcare environment.

 * Participating with requests via ticketing system, phone calls or in-person interactions
 * Responsible for the installation, relocation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of computers, tablets, peripheral equipment, telephones and software. To include remote, home and customer offices.
 * Provide computer software and hardware support including hardware upgrades and repair. Support the installation of network cabling, connectors and jacks.
 * Supporting routine application upgrades; ensuring compliance with license agreements.
 * Collaborating with technology vendors for product information and support.
 * Maintaining accurate documentation and asset tracking.
 * Participate with after hour work activities and on-call schedules.
 * Maintaining current knowledge of information technology industry trends.
