## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Python and solid software engineering fundamentals
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry for rapid prototyping and demos
 * Experience building solutions with modern LLMs and agent frameworks, such as LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
 * Strong knowledge of NLP and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, rerankers, and model evaluation
 * Strong architectural skills across data, model, and application layers
 * Clear understanding of trade-offs, risks, and compliance considerations in AI systems
 * Experience with tool/function calling and structured outputs for reliable integrations
 * Practical exposure to major LLM providers and open-source models, including Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and Mistral
 * Experience with testing, CI/CD, and version control
