## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
 * Advanced certifications in infrastructure engineering or related disciplines (preferred), * 10+ years of diverse experience in information technology
 * Proven experience in mainframe environments, including infrastructure, system programming, or application development
 * Experience leading technical teams and managing complex programs or projects
 * Financial services or securities industry experience is a plus

## Description

* Lead and oversee a broad portfolio of delivery projects supporting mainframe hardware and software lifecycle management.
 * Manage teams responsible for administering multiple mainframe environments running on z/OS, leveraging technologies such as JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS, source code management tools, SDLC practices, and security frameworks (ACF2, RACF, TSS).
 * Drive modernization initiatives by rethinking traditional service models and implementing innovative, automated, and scalable solutions.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Center Services, Production Services, and Application Development to identify and shape new opportunities.
 * Provide strategic leadership across the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
 * Coach, mentor, and develop team members and managers, leveraging talent management processes to build a highly engaged and high-performing organization.
 * Lead complex programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
