## Description

* We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Platform Architect with deep expertise across the Azure DevOps ecosystem, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, Security, Governance, and Integrations.
 * The candidate should also have working knowledge of core Azure services used in cloud deployments and automation.
 * The ideal candidate will assess current-state environments, define target-state Azure DevOps architecture, lead migrations from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services and GitHub, establish governance and DevSecOps practices, and support Azure deployment automation through CI/CD pipelines.

Required Experience

 * Azure DevOps Server and Azure DevOps Services
 * Azure Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, and Artifacts
 * GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Actions
 * CI/CD, DevSecOps, release management, and YAML-based automation
 * Infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
 * Working knowledge of Azure services such as App Service, Functions, AKS, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, and Analytics
 * Identity, security, permissions, service connections, RBAC, and governance
 * Azure DevOps REST APIs, scripting, integrations, and automation
 * Enterprise-scale migrations and platform modernization, * Assess and architect Azure DevOps platforms
 * Define governance, operating models, and best practices
 * Lead migrations of work items, repositories, pipelines, and testing assets
 * Establish CI/CD and DevSecOps standards for applications and Azure deployments
 * Develop reusable pipeline templates and infrastructure automation patterns
 * Design security, access-control, and service-connection models
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and implementation guidance
