## Description

* Dynamics 365 Customer Service Engineering: Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (specifically the Customer Service module) to automate agency workflows.
 * Custom Development & Component Engineering: Author custom C# plugins, Business Process Flows (BPFs), custom workflows, JavaScript client-side scripts, .NET components, and SQL/Azure backend connections.
 * Power Platform Solution Delivery: Build low-code and custom solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse using standard and premium connectors.
 * Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & DevOps: Support solution deployment and release management across environments using Power Pipelines, ALM Accelerator, or Azure DevOps.
 * Requirements & Fit-Gap Analysis: Conduct fit-gap analyses, build rapid prototypes/mockups, convert business rules into technical specifications, and guide stakeholders on Microsoft licensing and architecture choices.
 * Data Integration & Migrations: Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS packages to integrate Dataverse with enterprise legacy systems.
