## About the Role

* 5+ years of Identity & Access Management experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
 * Strong knowledge of RBAC, identity governance, and access controls.
 * Experience supporting SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
 * Background supporting audit and compliance requirements.
 * Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on with manual provisioning when needed.
 * Experience with ServiceNow workflows and access request management preferred.

## Description

Seeking a Senior IAM professional with strong expertise in identity governance, access management, and automation. This role will focus on improving IAM processes, reducing manual provisioning efforts, supporting audits, and managing access requests in a high-volume enterprise environment., * Automate and streamline IAM workflows, provisioning, and access management processes.

 * Support day-to-day IAM operations, including user provisioning and deprovisioning.
 * Manage a high volume of access requests and ServiceNow tickets.
 * Design and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
 * Support audits, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.
 * Administer and support Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and identity integrations.
 * Partner with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure proper access governance.
 * Assist with cloud identity management and modernization efforts.
