## Description

We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to support commissions, revenue, cash application, and payment reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cash applications, accounts receivable, payment discrepancies, and Oracle, along with strong attention to detail and professional communication skills., * Support cash application, commissions, revenue, and payment processing activities.

 * Research and resolve overpayments, underpayments, and payment discrepancies using Oracle.
 * Accurately apply and reconcile payments to the appropriate accounts.
 * Assist with policy builds and related financial processing activities.
 * Communicate professionally via email with clients and insurance carriers regarding payment and account-related matters.
 * Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
 * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cash application activities.
 * Work closely with client-facing and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate financial transactions.
 * Support the team's transition toward a new cash application system.
