## About the Role

* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
 * License(s): NA
 * Certification(s): 2+ Epic certifications required; will consider other certifications, including Ambulatory and Cadence, that would assist in understanding patient engagement with self-scheduling, MyChart messaging, etc
 * Years of experience: Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT (Function Specific: Clinical, Cybersecurity, Network, etc.), preferably in healthcare.
 * Skills/Specialties/Technology:
 + Hands-on Epic build experience, particularly with patient-facing applications.
 + Experience independently leading Epic initiatives and cross-application solutions.
 + Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, digital health, and patient engagement.
 + Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Lead Epic application design, build, upgrades, enhancements, and support.
 * Drive patient-facing solutions across MyChart, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Healthy Planet.
 * Lead cross-application workflows, patient outreach campaigns, and digital health initiatives.
 * Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
 * Develop technical roadmaps, identify process improvements, and manage project deliverables.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and recommendations to management.
 * Present complex technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
