 * Strong programming experience with Python.
 * Expert knowledge of enterprise business applications, software development methodologies, and hardware technologies.
 * Experience developing and supporting complex application integrations.
 * Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff.
 * Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, application architecture, and technology best practices., * AWS cloud services and architecture experience.
 * Contact center technologies and integrations.
 * API development and integration.
 * Database design and data analysis.
 * Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of complex business applications and technology solutions. This role will serve as a technical leader, driving software development initiatives, supporting mission-critical systems, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Connect (AWS Connect), strong Python development skills, and a proven track record of leading large-scale projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)., Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery

 * Lead complex software development and implementation projects from requirements through deployment and support.
 * Partner with Business Systems Analysts and business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.
 * Serve as a technical lead for multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
 * Create, review, and approve technical design specifications and solution architectures.
 * Lead the selection, implementation, configuration, and integration of third-party software solutions and vendor products.

AWS Connect & Application Development

 * Design, develop, configure, and maintain AWS Connect solutions and integrations.
 * Develop and maintain applications and automation solutions using Python and related technologies.
 * Lead application integration efforts involving complex interfaces and data exchanges.
 * Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.

Project Planning & Execution

 * Develop project plans and technical work estimates for small to medium-sized initiatives.
 * Partner with Project Managers on larger initiatives regarding planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
 * Support requirements gathering and analysis activities by producing estimates, documentation, and technical recommendations.
 * Execute design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities in accordance with SDLC standards.

Application Support & Operations

 * Provide primary and/or secondary support for mission-critical, core, and niche applications.
 * Participate in on-call support rotations and coordinate application maintenance and release activities.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions to improve application stability and performance.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership

 * Drive continuous improvements across SDLC processes, application support, maintenance, and technology architecture.
 * Act as a subject matter expert across multiple business and technical domains.
 * Mentor junior analysts and developers, providing technical guidance and leadership.
 * Establish and promote development standards, best practices, and governance within the team.
