## Description

* Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing portals
 * Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Windows 10-11/macOS issues, Microsoft 365 problems, Google Environment, and network connectivity
 * Administrative Tasks: Handle password resets, MFA setup, and basic account verification
 * Ticket Management: Create, update, and document detailed troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
 * Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to Tier 2 support
 * Website Administration: Maintain, update, and manage the technical and content aspects of the website, ensuring functionality, security, and optimal user experience
 * VOIP: Serve as System Administrator for Voice Over Internet Phone system
 * Project Management: From time-to-time serve as project manager/vendor interface as may be required for technology infrastructure upgrades
