We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex data projects, lead analysis efforts, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the business. The Senior Data Analyst will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a key contributor in advancing our data-driven culture., * You are a strong critical thinker with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

 * You are highly skilled at using data visualization to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * You excel at balancing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion.
 * You are a natural mentor, eager to share knowledge and elevate the team's capabilities., * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
 * 4-6 years of data analysis or business intelligence experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, publishing, or a related industry.
 * Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business results.

Skills

 * Advanced proficiency in SQL and data querying.
 * Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
 * Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).
 * Experience with statistical analysis using Python, R, or SAS.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
 * Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
 * Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
 * Familiarity with machine learning or predictive modeling techniques.
