## About the Role

* 3+ years of SQL experience working with large datasets
 * 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
 * 2+ years of Power BI , including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
 * Bachelor s degree in a related field

Preferred:

Senior Insights Analyst Talent Analytics We re seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join a Talent Analytics team and help transform workforce data into actionable business insights. This role combines hands-on data analysis, BI/reporting, predictive analytics, and stakeholder partnership.
This role is Fully Remote, * Develop ad hoc, recurring, and self-service analytics solutions using HR and enterprise data

 * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
 * Use SQL and Alteryx to query, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets
 * Identify trends and translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
 * Contribute to predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation initiatives
 * Gather business requirements and independently scope and execute analytics projects
 * Partner with HR, Talent, and Technology teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
