## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)

 * 5-10 years of experience in software or system testing

 * Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methods

 * Experience troubleshooting complex systems

 * Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools

 * Experience with testing concepts such as (Black box, white box, load testing, performance, scalability, smoke, integration, regression, hardware / software).
 * Experience with performance or scalability testing
 * Basic automation or scripting experience
 * Experience working with distributed or networked systems
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling
 * Experience mentoring or leading small teams
 * Exposure to data analysis or metrics-driven validation
 * Experience with tools such as Atlassian Products, JAMA, Visual Studio Code

Skills and Abilities:

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to lead testing efforts and prioritize work
 * Effective communication across cross-functional teams
 * Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

## Description

As a Senior Tester, you will take a leading role in planning and executing validation activities. You will design test strategies, guide junior testers, and ensure thorough system validation across functional and performance areas. You will also play a key role in identifying risks, improving test processes, and ensuring high-quality releases.
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases

 * Lead validation efforts across multiple systems and environments

 * Identify, document, and prioritize defects with detailed analysis

 * Guide and mentor junior testers

 * Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements and test coverage

 * Perform root cause analysis on complex system issues

 * Analyze system behavior and performance under different conditions

 * Contribute to process improvements and test strategy development

 * Configure, deploy and improve testing infrastructure and environments
