## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat hat ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Bereich, wie beispielsweise (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Sie bringen mindestens 5-8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise als Product Owner in einem SAFe-Agile-Umfeld und in der disziplinarischen Führung von DevOps-Teams. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung cross-funktionaler, verteilter und multikultureller Teams ist von Vorteil, ebenso wie fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien, insbesondere AWS, und Systemintegration. Sie sind vertraut mit agilen und Lean-Prinzipien, insbesondere in Bezug auf PI Planning und Backlog-Management. Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung, starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Coaching und Mentoring sind ebenfalls wichtig. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER) runden Ihr Profil ab.
