## Description

This role will focus on building and supporting the core systems that power financial workflows, with an emphasis on reliability, correctness, and end-to-end ownership. You will collaborate closely with product, compliance, operations, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that support customer-facing financial experiences. The position calls for a pragmatic engineer who can guide complex technical work, strengthen production systems, and mentor others on a senior team., * Design, build, and ship services and APIs for financial integrations

 * Handle payments, settlements, and reconciliation involving customer funds
 * Support critical workflows such as payroll integration and 401k loans
