## Description

We are seeking a Technology & Architecture Lead to establish a coherent, scalable, secure, and practical technology foundation for simplification initiatives.

This is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for connecting enterprise architecture, data, AI, applications, integrations, security, and infrastructure into a unified future-state technology roadmap.

You will partner directly with technology leadership to shape architecture decisions, establish technology patterns and standards, identify reusable capabilities, and ensure priority solutions are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready., * Own solution and enterprise architecture alignment across priority simplification initiatives.

 * Define technology patterns, standards, principles, and integration approaches.
 * Develop target-state architecture and practical technology roadmaps.
 * Connect decisions across data, AI, applications, integrations, security, and infrastructure.
 * Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, secure, and enterprise-ready.
 * Guide build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions based on business and technology priorities.
 * Identify opportunities to consolidate platforms and create reusable technology capabilities.
