 * Proficiency with Git and modern software development workflows.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Java Full Stack Developer to lead our development team in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java backend development and modern frontend frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software solutions in a cloud-native environment. Candidate will play a critical role in shaping our architecture, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring quality standards., The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

 * Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications.
 * Define technical solutions, application architecture, and development standards.
 * Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software using Java and related technologies.
 * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and quality standards.
 * Mentor and guide software developers through technical coaching and knowledge sharing.
 * Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
 * Break down complex business requirements into technical tasks and deliverables.
 * Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues.
 * Support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing practices.
 * Contribute to technology strategy, system modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
 * Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release planning.
