## About the Role

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
 * Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
 * Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites
 * Valid driver's license
 * Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple service needs
 * Availability to support rotational schedules or on-call coverage when required
