This role will work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, users, and technical team members to analyze complex requirements, develop scalable solutions, and support new and existing applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on coding experience, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with emerging technologies, including AI throughout the software development lifecycle., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. * 5+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing software applications. * Experience developing enterprise-level software solutions and enhancing existing applications. * Strong understanding of software development methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). * Experience analyzing complex system requirements and translating them into technical solutions. * Strong coding skills with the ability to develop complex, scalable, and maintainable software. * Experience performing code reviews and working within established enterprise coding standards. * Experience with software testing, QA methodologies, debugging, and system analysis. * Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work effectively with Architects, Business Analysts, developers, business users, and other stakeholders. * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to mentor and train less experienced team members. * Ability to learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies. * Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of challenging technical assignments.
