## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat hat ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Mathematik erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringt erste Berufserfahrung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP Consulting mit. Eine SAP-SuccessFactors-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil. Du solltest ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe technische Sachverhalte mitbringen und über Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz verfügen. Leidenschaft für IT ist ebenfalls wichtig. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Kenntnisse in den neuesten SAP-Technologien und state-of-the-art-Tools sind von Vorteil. Zudem sind Schulungen in SAP ABAP oder SAP SuccessFactors sowie Weiterbildungen im Projektmanagement und im Bereich Soft Skills wünschenswert.
