* Studium oder Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik / Informationssicherheit
 * Berufserfahrung im IAM-Umfeld, idealerweise in regulierten Branchen
 * Kenntnisse im Berechtigungsmanagement-Lifecycle, Rezertifizierungen und Microsoft Azure (EntraID, Defender, Sentinel)
 * Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit M365-Services (Power Automate, Power Apps, Access) und JIRA Service Management
 * Analytische Stärke, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Eigenmotivation und Teamgeist
 * Projektmanagement-Erfahrung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

 * Be an early applicant, * Verantwortung für Identity & Access Management in der 2nd Line of Defense gemeinsam mit dem CISO
 * Überwachung der IAM-Prozesse und Qualität der Dokumentation (z. B. Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte)
 * Durchführung von Rezertifizierungs- und Reconciliation-Prozessen sowie Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen
 * Unterstützung im Security Incident- und Schwachstellenmanagement
 * Mitarbeit an Projekten und Maßnahmen der Security Roadmap, inkl. Reporting
