 * Technical skills in on-premises and Azure cloud MS SQL Server management, T-SQL, Python, Azure infrastructure, Spark, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, and data modelling using Star or Snowflake schemas.
 * Proven ability to maintain database availability, performance, and security.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot database and server issues efficiently.
 * Adaptability to work in a challenging development environment.
 * Ideally, 5-10 years of relevant database administration experience.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
 * Positive, self-motivated approach, with strong communication skills for liaising with development and other IT teams.
 * Approachable manner and excellent attention to detail.
