## About the Role

* 3+ years experience with automations and integrations
 * Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n strongly preferred)
 * Strong technical expertise in APIs, data mapping and scripting
 * A pragmatic builder's mindset, comfortable working directly with client data
 * A clear communicator who enjoys talking to clients and vendors, not just to their APIs
 * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field
 * Familiarity with Agile development workflows
 * Bonus: hands-on experience with Claude Code or other LLM-based tooling

## Description

* Write data import and migration scripts for client onboarding, from tickets to turnover data
 * Design and optimise integration flows between Chainels and third-party platforms
 * Improve and maintain live integrations
 * Act as second-line support on integration issues
 * Join client and vendor calls to scope integrations, gathering and documenting requirements together with the Product Owner
 * Work as part of an integrations team of 5 within the engineering department
