This may include direct and indirect project team members across a mixture of permanent and Non-Permanent resources. * Provides clear reporting on plans, dependencies, risks and issues to stakeholders. Providing Information on the impacts of change, anticipating any risks and issues and how they can be mitigated. * Uses IT project experience and knowledge to drive the focus on effective and timely delivery of Projects, maintaining Governance and Audit standards. With specific focus on the quality assurance of plans, critical path management, status reporting resourcing, budget and dependency management. * Being accountable to the programme manager for delivery to the agreed budget, using escalation paths to highlight and formally agree any change required during delivery. * We're shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring stakeholder engagement and governance is in place through clear reporting, accountability and resolution of RAID items. * Managing dependencies across Data Engineering, Architecture and other relevant stakeholder groups. * Working with Data Engineering to define migration scope, data requirements, delivery plans and resource requirements for each area. * Ensuring Coordination and management of resource planning, including FTE and non-FTE suppliers.
