## About the Role

* Confidence supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft applications.
 * Familiarity with Citrix, VMware and thin-client environments.
 * An understanding of networking and ITIL service processes.
 * Good communication skills and a focus on helping users.
 * A full clean driving licence.

You must be a sole British citizen and eligible to obtain SC clearance. Existing SC clearance is welcome but isn't essential.

## Description

Enjoy solving technical problems and helping people get back up and running? We're looking for a Workplace Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support in a secure environment.

You'll join a supportive team, troubleshooting desktop issues, setting up equipment and keeping users connected.

What you'll be doing:

 * Providing first- and second-line support for PCs, laptops, peripherals and printers.
 * Building, configuring and troubleshooting Windows devices.
 * Supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook and other business applications.
 * Maintaining network printers, remote access connections and endpoint encryption.
 * Working with other technical teams to resolve incidents and keep services running.
