## About the Role

* A strong quantitative educational background (e.g. Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering).
 * Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Python and Excel, with a passion for turning data into business value.
 * Experience working with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
 * A confident and credible presence. You can challenge assumptions, defend your analyses and engage constructively with senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
 * A proactive, self-driven mindset. You take ownership, learn quickly, ask the right questions and don't wait for instructions.
 * Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with commercial outcomes.
 * Professional fluency in English (C1) is essential, as English is the primary working language in this role, while German language skills are a strong asset and will help you build effective relationships across our organization
 * Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Serviced Living or another asset-heavy, consumer-facing industry would be a strong advantage.

* Transform data from occupancy, pricing, revenue and customer behavior into actionable business insights across four European markets.
 * Create intuitive dashboards and reports that empower teams to make smarter decisions every day.
 * Identify trends, opportunities and risks, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.
 * Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior leaders and the Executive Team, presenting insights with confidence and conviction.
 * Increase efficiency by automating recurring analyses and reporting processes using SQL and Python.
 * Take full ownership of your topics, from defining the business question to influencing strategic decisions
