Working in a fast-paced commercial environment, the role focuses on structured testing and optimisation across the website CMS, pricing systems, customer database and CRM. Through hands-on testing and collaboration with internal teams, the role helps ensure systems operate effectively and support the delivery of digital and commercial objectives. The role combines web and system testing with light technical troubleshooting and minor front-end updates, identifying issues, supporting improvements and helping to enhance the overall customer journey.
