What You Will be Doing * Act as a lead technical resource to multiple customers guiding their technology adoption to accelerate their business. * Work with a multi-tiered team of experienced engineers to deliver world-class support and solutions. * Assess, design and implement on-premise and cloud infrastructure solutions * Work with end users and client network administrators to resolve technical issues and share technical experience to elevate others * Develop technology plans for customers based on customer interactions and needs. * Respond and resolve critical issues (emergencies) when they arise to quickly restore service levels and develop action plans to prevent similar service disruptions in the future. * Continually working to elevate your own technical and professional skills through self-study, R&D, and shared experiences from others. * Work will be performed in various locations: on-premise (in and around the St. Louis area), at the Moore Computing offices, and remotely.
