## About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be working with a motivated, diverse, and knowledgeable development teams to deliver world-class products.

This role requires the ability to understand moderately complex technologies, coupled with the technical skills to transpose both into exceptional products that delight users. This is a highly trusted position that requires an individual to think independently, be decisive, and need minimum supervision.

This position will be on-site at the Rice Creek East location in Fridley, MN M-F with the option to work remote on Fridays., * Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of experience or Masters Degree with 0+ years of experience required.

 * Experience with Java

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience developing, testing, and debugging software applications.
 * Experience with software development lifecycle processes and technical documentation.
 * Experience working with object-oriented programming languages and software development tools.
 * Experience developing web and mobile applications.
 * Experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, or other regulated industry.
 * Knowledge of software verification and validation practices.
 * Experience working in Agile software development environments.
 * Experience supporting cloud-connected or digital health solutions.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

## Description

* Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities.
 * Determines systems software design requirements.
 * Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
 * Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.
 * May work across a variety of software lifecycle activities as determined by program needs.
