## About the Role

* Windows 11 hardware refresh and desktop support experience
 * Microsoft Active Directory, Intune and Windows Imaging tools
 * Software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
 * User data backup and migration
 * ITSM call logging/ticketing systems
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
 * Asset management and disposal experience
 * Excellent customer service, organisation and time management skills

Requirements:

 * Own vehicle with the ability to transport IT equipment
 * Business-use car insurance covering travel between sites
 * Flexible approach to work with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy technical team

This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive support professional who enjoys working directly with users and delivering successful technology rollouts.

## Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support a large-scale Windows 11 hardware refresh programme. You will be responsible for device deployments, software installations, user data migrations, troubleshooting, and providing excellent end-user support.
