The Role and Deliverables

 * Deliver regular reporting, KPI tracking and customer analytics across multiple business channels and locations.
 * Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
 * Produce insights using SQL and Excel to support decision making across the organisation.
 * Support executive reporting through the delivery of accurate and timely performance analysis.
 * Investigate data anomalies, identify root causes and ensure reporting quality and integrity.
 * Highlight opportunities for deeper analysis and additional business insight where appropriate.
