drive alignment and resolution to protect critical path delivery * Lead preparation of executivelevel decision materials, including trade studies, investment options, scenario analyses, and risk assessments * Partner with other directors and senior leaders to align demand, capacity, workforce, capital, and infrastructure plans with forecasted mission needs and growth scenarios * Establish and continuously improve functional operating mechanisms, planning reviews, integration forums, readiness assessments, and metrics that drive sustained performance, accountability, and transparency * Surface systemic risks and execution gaps early;
