## About the Role

* Minimum 2 years of experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or supply chain environment.
 * Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) as an end user.
 * Strong understanding of:

 * Inbound receiving processes
 * Outbound shipping processes
 * Internal warehouse movements
 * Inventory transactions
 * Cycle counting activities

Ability to quickly learn new business processes and system functionality.

Strong problem-solving skills and a naturally curious mindset.

Comfortable following test plans while also exploring scenarios outside of prescribed test cases

Preferred Qualifications

 * Approximately 5+ years of warehouse or distribution operations experience.
 * Previous participation in a WMS implementation, upgrade, rollout, or testing project.
 * Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
 * Experience with other WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Korber, HighJump, Oracle WMS, or similar systems.
 * Inventory control, inventory analyst, inventory lead, or warehouse lead experience.
 * Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or system validation activities.

## Description

Position Overview: The successful candidate will help validate a new SAP EWM solution by learning business processes, identifying system gaps, defects, and process issues before go-live., * Support testing activities for the SAP EWM implementation and rollout at a new distribution facility.

 * Learn and understand warehouse operational processes, workflows, and testing requirements.
 * Validate inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal warehouse transactions.
 * Test both desktop and RF scanner-based workflows.
 * Identify defects, process gaps, usability concerns, and unexpected system behaviors.
 * Work closely with business users, project teams, and testing leads throughout the implementation lifecycle.
 * Actively challenge the system by exploring exception scenarios and edge cases to ensure functionality is robust and ready for production use.
 * Provide detailed feedback and documentation on testing results.
 * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integrated testing, and operational readiness activities.
