## Description

Site & Construction Management

 * Supervise daily construction operations on data center builds
 * Coordinate subcontractors (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.)
 * Enforce project schedules and milestones
 * Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical drawings

Data Center-Specific Oversight

 * Manage installation of critical infrastructure:
 * Power systems (UPS, generators)
 * Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH units)
 * Raised flooring, cabling, fire suppression
 * Ensure compliance with uptime/reliability standards (Tier I-IV)

Travel & Multi-Site Coordination

 * Travel frequently (often 75-100%) to active job sites
 * Rotate between projects or stay on-site for extended durations
 * Report progress to corporate/project leadership remotely

Safety & Compliance

 * Enforce OSHA and site safety standards
 * Conduct site inspections and safety meetings
 * Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Team Leadership
