## About the Role

Requirements

 * Experience providing systems engineering support as it relates to advancing Information Operations (IO) and cryptologic war fighting capabilities for Naval, Joint, and Allied Forces, inclusive of:
 + Operationally focused training and planning support, assisting in the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), advocating for requirements in support of future-based warfare, Research & Development (R&D), Science & Technology (S&T) efforts, and managing functional data for IO
 * Experience drafting flag level communications (email and formal letters) to multiple technical, policy, and Fleet issues dealing with SIGINT
 * Experience conducting assessments of R&D programs and Fleet requirements

Desired Skills

 * Prior experience with NIWC Pacific or NIWC Atlantic initiatives
 * Prior experience providing systems engineering support to FCC/C10F or similar commands
 * Experience conducting assessments of R&D programs and Fleet requirements, including assisting with employment of PMW 120 IO and related systems to include CONOP, CONEMP, and OPTASK development

Providing subject matter expertise to assist with the technical and integration issues of Navy SIGINT programs with National, Joint, Allied, DoD, Homeland Defense, and other agencies, services and programs
