+ Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Information Technology oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 + Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)

 + Betreuung und Support der Endanwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
